Tutorial System is an isolated system for creating interactive tutorial steps in a game aimed at teaching new users (First User Experience, FUE) and improving their first impressions of the game (First Time User Experience, FTUE). The system provides flexibility and functionality for creating comprehensive tutorial scenarios.

Node-Based Architecture. The system uses a node-based architecture where sequences of actions are built from nodes. Each node represents a separate element of the tutorial logic:

  • Condition Checking: Nodes can check various conditions in the game.
  • Window Calls: Nodes can call various windows and interface elements to display information.

Flexibility and Modularity. The system offers a high degree of flexibility:

  • Custom Nodes: Developers can create custom nodes to perform unique actions or logic.
  • Modularity: Nodes can be reused in different scenarios.

 

Support for UI and 3D Object Interactions.:

  • UI Objects: The system can highlight, illuminate, and interact with buttons, panels, etc.
  • 3D Objects: The system can highlight and illuminate objects in the game world.

Progress Saving. The system saves tutorial progress:
